i'm sorry, but what better way for india to celebrate gandhi's 140th birthday than to dress up their little children like a frail old man with large round glasses. actually i think the funniest part is seeing these little kids with whiskas...white whiskas.
note for baby: don't get caught looking at this for too long at work. if you want to look at little kids, go to the playground across the street from your apartment and sit by yourself.
